The Day of Coordination Package essentially allows you, your bridal party and family members to relax and enjoy the day, rather than deal with the stress and any unexpected issues that may arise.

An initial consultation after booking your package;
3 – 4 meetings leading up to your wedding to discuss and get assistance with everything from budget, vendor selection and contract review to event design and wedding etiquette
One full meeting to take place approximately 1 month to 2 weeks prior to your wedding date; which includes:
reviewing all wedding day details
gathering, reviewing and discussing all vendor contracts
reviewing final vendor payments
constructing a detailed itinerary for the wedding day
creating itemized checklists for the wedding and rehearsal days
Unlimited phone and email access
Coordination & instruction at rehearsal ceremony (2 hours)
Coordination & instruction at wedding ceremony and reception (10 hours)
