This package includes 6 hours with an experienced professional to take care of the finer details on your special day. The Essentials Package allows you to have the peace of mind knowing that many of the details of your big day will be taken care of.

An initial consultation after booking your package;
One full meeting to take place approximately 1 month to 2 weeks prior to your wedding date; which includes:
reviewing all wedding day details
gathering, reviewing and discussing all vendor contracts
reviewing final vendor payments
constructing a detailed itinerary for the wedding day
creating itemized checklists for the wedding and rehearsal days
Unlimited phone and email access
Coordination & instruction at rehearsal ceremony (1-2 hours)
Coordination & instruction at wedding ceremony and reception (6 hours)
Supervision of ceremony set-up
Instruct attendants of their duties and responsibilities.

Coordinate all timing for ceremony procession and recession
