"The Bride:Having Lexie there to help me for the Day of Coordination was a complete blessing! She went above and beyond in helping us achieve our perfect wedding. She was able to help calm my nerves prior to the big day and was always willing to help me with any issue or question I had. She was there if I thought of something else I needed her to do on the wedding day, it was fantastic and everything a bride would want. During our meeting Lexie would double check the list we made together making sure everything will arrive when it was scheduled, including the bride. She was so attentive to what the bride and groom needed during the day, from something as miniscule as a sandwich and water before the ceremony to making sure we were pleased with how things were running at the reception. Having her expertise and professionalism around during the ceremony and reception was very calming. Not only did the whole day run smoothly due to her orchestration but when our DJ misplaced our first dance song, Lexie went out to the nearest shop to buy the CD so we would have the song we wanted. My husband and I would highly recommend using Lexie of Blueprint Events, not only for her professionalism but because she wants your day to be the one you dreamed of.
The Groom: As a groom, before we hired Lexie, I was unsure if we really needed a wedding coordinator for the day of the ceremony, since we had done most of the planning ourselves. However, once we met her, her expertise and experience helped us think of a few things that we had completely overlooked. When the wedding day came, I can definitely say it was money well spent! Having her there to help make sure all the little (and big) things ran smoothly was a huge benefit, and helped the two of us just focus on enjoying the day instead of everything else!

"Our wedding day was really busy and as we were only in town a couple days before the wedding, there were a lot of little details that we needed help with. Lexie was our full day wedding co-ordinator and she sorted out all the incoming flowers and deliveries and helped ensure the set up of the ceremony and reception was perfect. We had 115 guests and they were all in place and in their seats on time for the ceremony and grand reception entrance. Lexie has the assertive personality needed to get things done and get people to listen, and she’s very receptive to details and emotions that tie in to the events in the days before the wedding. She was our go-to girl for the whole wedding day and freed up our family and bridal party from worrying about anything.

We were able to spend the whole morning getting ready and hanging out with our families and didn’t once have to worry about picking up last minute items or checking up on any of the set up. If anything went wrong that day, we never knew it. Our wedding went smooth & fabulous and we would have had a lot to deal with if she wasn’t there to help manage it all. "What an event! I thought I was in for a laid-back girl's night, and instead I was whisked off to my amazing stag adventure! "Wow, all I can say is "wow!" I arrived to my bridal shower with a blind fold on and when my eyes were able to open I was transported into a wonderful tropical party....from my outfit being provided, to the umbrellas in all the individual cups, I was blown away and able to relax and enjoy all of my female friends. I was fortunate enough to also have my baby shower organized by blueprint events and needless to say it was a complete success . . . everything was perfect, from the blue theme flowing through the decor to the food and all the guests felt right at home.
